Dr. Goff has been absolutely wonderful with my son. We originally came from Viera Pediatric Dentistry, where I noticed they consistently push only two specific orthodontic offices in Brevard County. Dr. Goff was not one of the offices they recommended, and I was even encouraged to switch (to one of the only 2 offices she recommends of course). That made me uncomfortable, because as a parent, I want balanced information — not pressure. I decided to trust my instincts and get a consult with Dr. Goff anyway, and I am so grateful I did. He has gone above and beyond for my autistic son, even staying late to make sure he felt comfortable and supported. His patience, professionalism, and genuine care have made such a difference. We’re about a year into treatment now, and the experience has been consistently positive. Dr. Goff explains everything clearly, respects parents’ decisions, and treats every child with kindness. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who truly cares and doesn’t rush or pressure families, I highly recommend Dr. Goff. Our experience has been excellent from day one.

Dr. Goff and his staff were AMAZING during my entire treatment. They recognize you by face from the moment you walk in to check in for your appointments. You’re always greeted w/ a smile. They have jokes for days. Sometimes I wish my appointments were longer just so we can chit chat. Dr. Goff is always in a positive mood/mindset. He actively listens & works WITH you to achieve your desired results. When it came time to take my braces off, I had a few extremely sensitive teeth due to a previous dentist installing a crown poorly. While in Dr. Goff’s technician’s seat, she couldn’t get the bracket off the tooth that had the crown & even the slightest touch to it caused extreme pain. I was so scared. She went to get Dr. Goff & he did not hesitate to jump into action, and take all the time required to remove the bracket, and glue safely himself. They worked as a team. He tried all the techniques possible, to ensure I was comfortable. He continuously reassured me that I was doing great. And talked me through the process. My hands were so sweaty! After a very disappointing 3 hour visit at another Orthodontist with horrible customer service issues, Dr Goffs amazing staff got me in same day. The ladies upfront are unbelievably amazing, their stellar service and commitment to the patients is one of a kind. Love brilliant smiles!! Staff is fantastic, Dr.Goff takes great care to give the best possible treatment options with the best possible results and spends time getting to know you personally. I have had the best orthodontist experience ever. Dr.Goff you are the best! I became a patient of Dr. Goff three years ago but it seems like this year. The receptionist are kind and always make me feel as if I am truly a member of the family. The Assistants are always patient, friendly and kind. They are well trained and it shows. Thank you family for my terrific experience.

Love brilliant smiles!! Staff is fantastic, Dr.Goff takes great care to give the best possible treatment options, and doesn't jump the gun pulling teeth if not necessary. Could not recommend enough!
